Known for her dedication to mental health advocacy and her ability to create effective mental health support systems within organizations, Lindsey has empowered hundreds of student athletes to go and be well in the world. With over two decades of experience, training and dedicated practice, Lindsey has developed highly effective interventions and a comprehensive mental toolkit for athletes seeking transformation. In recent years of her career, Lindsey has harnessed the best of neuroscience, sports psychology and positive psychology using evidence-based practices to curate the SPARK Model of Mental Performance© and KSP Mental Performance’s Human First Athlete Always™ wellness programs, transforming athlete and team well-being. She is excited to bring her expertise and team of professional Consultants to support and champion the athletic community.
Lindsey holds a master’s degree from the University of LaVerne, CA and is a partner of The Clarity Group in Castle Pines, Colorado where she sees client in her private practice. Lindsey specializes in mental performance training and clinical mental health counseling for athletes and neurodivergent clients (ADHD). Lindsey has worked with middle school and high school athletes, world class champions, professional athletes, school teams and recently the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee where Lindsey spoke on the topic of female athletes and ADHD.
