With a foundation as both a high-level athlete and performance coach, the Digital Designer at KSP Mental Performance LLC brings a rare combination of lived experience and professional insight to his role. His journey spans from being a nationally ranked gymnast and Division 1 track athlete to coaching high-level collegiate and youth athletes across multiple disciplines. With a unique blend of strength, conditioning, and mental performance strategies, he has helped athletes reach their peak by prioritizing both body and mind.

His proudest victory, however, did not come on a field or competition floor—it came through surviving cancer and undergoing 10 reconstructive surgeries. That life-altering experience reshaped his perspective, revealing the true meaning of grit and fueling his passion for supporting young athletes not only as a coach or designer, but as someone who deeply understands what it means to rebuild—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

At KSP Mental Performance, he now leverages his background in design, sport psychology, and athletics to create impactful digital experiences that empower the next generation of athletes. His work is rooted in the belief that young competitors can learn to lead themselves, build confidence, and overcome adversity—because he’s lived it, and he believes in them.
